قريتى !

عشت فيها سنوات و ارتويت بمائها ، وهوائها وطيبها. طعمت و تذوقت حلوها و مرها . تنفستها و شممت رائحتها التى تملأ قلبى بفرحة . عانقتها من خلال عيشتى و أخذتها بين يدى و مارست معها كل أنواع الشدة والرخاء.

نعم هذه قريتى معروفة باسم بليا كليان فور ، تقع شمالاً ١١ كيلومترات بعيدة من مديرية أعظم كره. هذه قريتي جميلة محفوفة بالنباتات الخضراء ممتدة إلى عدة كيلومترات محيطة بأنهار واسعة من ثلاثة جوانب.تتمايل الأشجار المثمرة حولها وخاصة أشجار المانجو تقابل خدها فى موسم الصيف .

و أنا أفتقد طفولتى فى قريتى حينما كانت الأنهار تعانق بعضها ببعض [...]

أدب الأطفال  فن مهم يلعب دورا هاما في تشكيل كيفية تفكير الطفل و خياله وعقيدته. و أدب الأطفال هوأحد الأنواع الأدبية المتجددة في الآداب الإنسانية،  فالطفولة هى المرحلة الأولى من مراحل العمر للإنسان، تبدأ من الولادة و تنتهي إلى البلوغ، كما يقول الله عزوجل: ” و إذا بلغ الأطفال منكم الحلم فليستاذنوا كما استأذن الذين من قبلهم”. فيروس كورونا المستجد

بينما كنت مشغولا في عملية البحث لشهادة الدكتوراه في اللغة العربية من جامعة دلهي، بدأت أجراس الإنذار تدق للتحذير من تزايد تفشي فيروس كورونا المستجد في بداية شهر مارس بالهند، مما دفع حكومة الهند إلى الإعلان بالإغلاق التام في البلاد. ترك هذا الإعلان البلَدَ مشلولاً تماماً، كما جعل المدارس، والكليات، والجامعات ساكنة هادئة، فتجد أحرامها خالية، وطرقها غير متحركة، وفصولها غير مأهولة، كأنها لم تغن بالأمس.

Abstract

Turkey has undergone an immense social, political and economic transformation since the end of the Cold War. This has also been the case when it comes to their foreign policies. However, Turkey’s truly multidimensional foreign policy came into existence in 2002. Since then Turkey has been actively re-defining its foreign policy preferences in Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Abstract

British colonialism ravaged Indian economy in varied ways. Indian industrialization was deliberately stalled for a long period of time. Rather a debilitating process of deindustrialization happened in India. How this counter process of decentralization was effected in India? Madan Mohan Malaviya’s threadbare analysis of this process through his unique ideas on Indian industrialism provided solutions to some of these poignant questions of modern Indian economic history. Malaviya was a strong proponent of Indian industrialism. Malaviya propounded the Swadeshi creed at a very early stage in 1893. He also advocated the Japanese model of Industrialization in India which was dependent on state support. Thus, his economic thought was continuously evolving. India-Iran relations have a history which is unique of its kind. Underlining the importance of this relationship, first Prime Minister of independent India Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru in his book “Discovery of India” observed, “Few people have more closely related in origin and throughout history than, the people of India and Iran. Abstract

Health is an important issue in our life. A person with good health will have peace of mind and will be able to contribute to nation-building. We cannot expect performance from an ill person with a low morale. This paper attempts to understand the ground realities of health-care facilities provided in Mewat district.It is internationally acknowledged that development should be viewed in terms of social, equity, and health care etc., indicators in addition to economic growth. Improvement in the health status is inter-linked with more productivity and economic growth.  For development and social well-being, health infrastructure is essential to meet adequately the demands of the resident population. This paper is intended to provide an overview of Mewat district and a critical assessment of its health status.

Abstract: Gandhiji’s life, ideas and work are of crucial importance to all those who want a better life for humankind. Gandhi holds the view of the maximization of social welfare and for this he gives prime importance to the welfare of the individuals by reducing inequalities in income and wealth. According to Gandhi every person should be provided with bare minimum necessaries i.e. food, shelter, and clothing. Concentration of wealth to a few groups of people certainly will shatter the dream of a society which will be socialist in nature. Gandhi is in favor of the self-sufficient village economy where the villages will be the independent economic units. In this paper an attempt has been made to analysis the Gandhian perspective on rural development. The paper also attempts to emphasize the emerging issues and challenges in rural development with prospective solutions under the shadow of Gandhian views on the same.

Abstract:

Mohsin-ul-Mulk was a luminary personality and a true successor of Sir Syed.  He made valuable contributions to the early Muslim politics and the Aligarh movement. He successfully steered the Aligarh movement towards its goal when it became sluggish after the demise of its founder Sir Syed Ahmad Khan. Through this paper, the author has tried to highlight the various traits of Mohsin-ul-Mulk’s personality and his contribution to the Aligarh Movement.
